Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all original accessories and documentation.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was damaged.
  • The wrong item was received.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items showing signs of wear or misuse

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order enters production or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
